When will the Institute open?

The Classical Teaching Institute will open in the summer of 2024. Retreats will be held in November 2024 and March 2025, and the first intensive summer course will be held in summer 2025. Please subscribe to the newsletter (bottom of page) if you would like to be notified when registration and new events become available.

What kinds of teachers will benefit the most from the Institute?

Many kinds! Retreats and summer intensive courses are designed to support:

  • First through third year classical Christian teachers

The content of the podcast and blog is primarily “shop talk” for teachers, but all are welcome to join the conversation.

Do you offer any courses online?

At this time, the retreats and summer intensive classes are only offered in-person on The Ambrose School campus in Meridian, ID. The monthly lecture series, podcast, and blog are available to all. If travel is an impediment, please see the list of Institute sessions which will be offered at classical conferences, as one of them may be located closer to you.
